We only accept Exchanges for the products that you received are Damaged or you have received wrong product or product not as mentioned .
Timeframe in which we accept Exchange?
We accept Exchanges of products if Exchange request is raised within 5 days after Delivery by mailing us at [email protected]

Exchange Process
To initiate the Exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or through our backend system.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the Exchange request.
- Once the Exchange request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the Exchange product.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment.
- Once we receive the Product , we will reship the new product .
