Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes , We Charge 50 Rs Charges for Payment made via Cash On Delivery .

How are orders packaged?

 Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage.

We charge 100 Rs Shipping Charges for all orders below 2999 Rs.
Free Shipping for Order Values greater than 2999 Rs.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team.

How does the delivery process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
This process may take upto 1-2 days .

 

To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to enable successful delivery. We shall not be liable for any delivery failures resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by you during the order placement. We aim to provide secure delivery by utilizing a one-time password (OTP). Upon dispatch, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You need to share the OTP with the logistic partner for them to complete the delivery. If you are unable to locate the OTP during delivery, the logistic partner can resend it to your registered mobile number upon request. The OTP remains valid until the end of the delivery day.

 

We will make 3 attempts to deliver the purchased products to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable or unable to accept the delivery after three attempts by our logistic partner, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. In such cases, the product will be returned to its original source, and we may deduct the shipping and delivery charges from any subsequent refunds.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to deliver the products within 5 to 8 working days.
In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
In case if order is delayed , you will be informed .

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.

ORDER CUT OFF TIME:

Please note that our order cutoff time is 4 PM. To ensure timely processing and dispatch of your order, please place your order before this cutoff time. Orders received after 4 PM will be processed on the following business day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
